Tenure-Track Lecturer Staff

The Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency, AQU Catalunya, positively evaluated my application for tenure-track lecturer staff.
The post of tenure-eligible lecturer is the first of the contractual teaching posts to exist. It offers the possibility of promotion to higher posts with an indefinite contract (associate professor and full professor). The nature of the contract is temporary and full-time. The contract can last from one to five years, with flexibility in cases of maternity or paternity leave and adoption or fostering, and with full teaching and research autonomy. The total duration of a contract for the post of tenure-eligible lecturer or teaching assistant, either at the same university or another, may not exceed 8 years in total.
